Circle of Friends for the Dying presents Peace of Mind for Life Advance Directives Workshop

Who Will Speak for You?
Peace of Mind for Life is designed to engage everyone in conversations about end-of-life care choices. The intention is for every person, regardless of age or health status, to make well-informed choices and to complete their Advance Directives. This will assure that one’s chosen Health Care Proxy fully understands these basic wishes as directed in a Living Will. If you have started the process of filling out forms and having conversations and then stop, this workshop is for you. If you have done nothing to plan for this most important time of life, this workshop is also for you.
Cost: Suggested donation of $25; less is fine if circumstances prevail.
